Rehan Ahmed, PA-C joined Gastroenterology Associates of Fredericksburg in February, 2024. He completed his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Shenandoah University and his Bachelor of Science in Biology at George Mason University. Prior to enrolling in PA school, Rehan worked in the Emergency Department of Sentara Northern Virgina Medical Center as a Medical Scribe. He also worked as a Student Researcher for Inova Claude Moore Health Education and Research Center at Inova Fairfax Hospital.
Rehan sees patients in both our Fredericksburg and Stafford office locations and provides periodic coverage of the Gastroenterology inpatient service at Mary Washington and Stafford Hospitals. Rehan works most closely with Dr. Akash Ajmera, serving as a key member of Dr. Ajmera’s care team, though he will see patients in support of any physician at Gastroenterology Associates of Fredericksburg as needed.
