Dr. Dudekula completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Colorado and his fellowship in gastroenterology at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Dr. Dudekula also performed an additional year of fellowship training, completing his advanced therapeutic endoscopy fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Dr. Dudekula has published multiple publications as first author and received several awards and honors during his training.
Dr. Dudekula is a board-certified gastroenterologist. He is proficient in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including EGD; esophageal dilation; screening, surveillance, and diagnostic colonoscopy; luminal stenting; video capsule endoscopy; and radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for the treatment of Barrett’s Esophagus. Through his advanced fellowship training he gained proficiency in the areas of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), ERCP, and enteral stenting.
Dr. Dudekula is credentialed with most insurance plans and currently has medical staff privileges at Mary Washington Hospital, Stafford Hospital, and the Fredericksburg Endoscopy Center located in Central Park. Dr. Dudekula will see patients at both the Fredericksburg and Stafford office locations.
